GPS Map Visibility: Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

1.1 These terms cover the GPS Map Visibility service supplied by Tao Digital Marketing Ltd (company number 10753516), registered office 67 Chorley Old Road, Bolton, BL1 3AJ ("we", "us").

1.2 "You" means the business signing up. By ticking the box on our signup form, you agree to these terms.

1.3 This service is for businesses only, not consumers. If your business is VAT registered, give us your VAT number when you sign up.

2. The service

2.1 Each month we provide: GPS location targeting of your Google Business Profile across a 5-mile radius; access to the TAO Call Tracking app, showing calls from our work, bookable leads, quoteable leads and missed calls; and reports on form submissions from our work, if you give us Google Analytics access.

2.2 Call tracking on your website is available as an optional extra and isn't part of this package unless we agree it in writing.

2.3 We'll start work once we have the access we need from you (see section 5).

3. Fees and payment

3.1 This is a monthly subscription. The fee is £500 + VAT per month.

3.2 With the introductory code GPS30, your first month is £350 + VAT. The full £500 + VAT applies from month 2. The code can be used once per business.

3.3 We take payment from your card automatically on the same date each month, starting on the day you sign up, until the subscription ends.

3.4 If a payment fails, we'll let you know. We may pause the service until it's paid.

3.5 We may change the fee by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email.

4. Cancellation

4.1 There's no long-term contract. Either of us can end the subscription by giving 30 days' notice by email.

4.2 Any monthly payment that falls due during the notice period is still payable. We keep providing the service until the notice period ends.

4.3 We don't refund part months.

4.4 We can end the subscription straight away if you don't pay, or if you seriously break these terms.

5. Your responsibilities

5.1 You'll give us manager access to your Google Business Profile, plus any other access we reasonably ask for, and keep it in place while the subscription runs.

5.2 You're responsible for the accuracy of your business details, and for following Google's rules for your profile.

6. Results

6.1 Google controls its rankings and can change them at any time. We'll do the work carefully and professionally, but we can't guarantee a particular ranking, number of calls or number of leads.

7. Liability

7.1 We aren't liable for any loss of profit, business or data, or for any indirect loss.

7.2 Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

8. Call tracking and data

8.1 Calls through our tracking numbers may be recorded so we can sort them into bookable, quoteable and missed calls. You're responsible for telling your customers that calls may be recorded, where the law requires it.

8.2 We handle personal data in line with UK data protection law and our privacy policy.

9. General

9.1 We may update these terms by giving you 30 days' notice by email.

9.2 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
