The first 50 website leads each month are included. The allowance resets monthly and does not carry over.
Minimum monthly charge
A minimum monthly charge of £25.00 applies. Your number rental and usage are drawn down against it — you are charged the minimum or your actual usage, whichever is higher.
A one-off setup charge of £150.00 covers installing the tracking code and configuring your number pool. It is charged when you sign up and is separate from the monthly minimum.

How calls are counted
- Whole minutes, rounded up per call. A call lasting 40 seconds is billed as one minute; a call lasting 70 seconds is billed as two.
- Calls that connect but are not answered are chargeable, because the connection is made and charged to us by the network.
- Only inbound calls to your tracking numbers are charged.
- Number rental is charged per number whether or not the number is used.
All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT, which is added at 20%. Invoices are issued monthly in arrears for usage and cover number rental for the following month.
